Minhyoung Kim
Growing up, sports were my entire world from Taekwondo and boxing to swimming and soccer. Injuries felt like an inevitable part of that life, and I have even experienced the heartbreak of giving up a dream because of one.
Later, while teaching martial arts, watching students and athletes struggle through pain made me wish I had the tools to help. That helplessness is the very reason I became a Registered Massage Therapist, and it remains the guiding compass of my career today.
Today, I combine my athletic background with a strong focus on postural correction, sports injury rehabilitation, and functional movement.
My treatments go beyond temporary relief—integrating Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, passive stretching, and remedial exercise to address the root cause of your discomfort.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic postural strain, my goal is to help you move better, stay active, and get back to doing what you love.
